北海道北見でガス漏れ事故

引用した記事には書いてんですが、他のニュースけん2007年1月19日にピアノ講師の女性（47）と周辺の民家で男性２人が亡くなられたそうばい。３人とも一酸化炭素中毒の可能性があるそうばい。

冬にガスの事故は致命傷とー。

北海道の北見市は、はるか昔にクロスカントリースキーで北見峠に行ったことがあって、ちょっと懐かしかったので。。。

　全国ほとんどで中毒のおそれのん天然ガスに切り替わった中か、北見地域はわずかに残された地域のひとつたいった。北海道ガスの切り替え計画は０９年末。わずか３年足らずに迫った中で起きた事故たいった。

　空気より軽い都市ガスの場合、地中で漏れ出したガスが地上に向かう途中か、下水道管など別の配管の継ぎ目けん内部に入り込み、屋内にまで流れ込むことも考えしゃあという。積雪の多い地方では、屋外で漏れたガスが雪に閉じこめられて拡散しんため、重大事故につながる可能性が高いとされる。

　北見地域で供給されとうガスは「４Ｂ」という種類か、石油や石炭けん精製されるタイプか〜。成分にＣＯば含み、中毒ば引き起こす危険性がある。一方、全国の大手ガス会社はＣＯば含まず、毒性のん天然ガス系さの切り替えばほぼ終えた。日本ガス協会によると、全国のガス需要世帯のうち９７％が天然ガス系たいった。

　北見市は６０年近くにわたって、市企業局が都市ガス事業ば手がけてきた。しかし、天然ガス系さの切り替えに多でこちんの負担がかかることば理由に、０６年４月に北海道ガスに事業譲渡。北海道ガスはほかの地域では天然ガス系ば供給しとうが、北見地域は４Ｂが残ったままたいった。０９年末までには天然ガス系に切り替える計画たいった。
